We have been asked to issue an architect’s certificate to a regeneration project in Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottingham. The project involves converting a Baptists church and adjacent cottage into three dwellings, sun room extensions will be added to the rear with cathedral type glazing to take advantage of the views.

A second certificate will be issued, retrospectively, to a new build dwelling in Riddings, Alfreton.
