Courtland House, Allestree, Derby
This plot, in a residential suburb of Derby, originally contained a 1960’s chalet style dwelling on the site. Our client asked us to examine the feasibility to create a property which provided generous family accommodation whilst taking advantage of the plot in relation to its context. Our brief was to create a 400 sq.m. dwelling, in traditional style with some contemporary features.
