Our clients purchased this plot at auction with the benefit of planning consent for two dwellings. Our clients then provided us with the brief to design a single bespoke 500 sq.m. dwelling, in contemporary style, complete with indoor swimming pool.

The plot size gave ample space to achieve a very large dwelling. We formed a very pragmatic layout based on the clients’ use of, and requirements for space. We incorporated some wow factors to the front by introducing a wall of glazing in the main gable end, and to the entrance area. The entrance then had a signature staircase with a galleried bridge overlooking the glazed entrance.
