Justin Smith Architects has an established track record of designs and has built projects in the following sectors:

 

RESIDENTIAL:

We have worked on all types of residential projects including individual new build houses; extensions; alterations and conversions /changes of use. Conversions have included barn conversions, conversions of chapels and churches into dwellings, and commercial units into dwellings. We have worked in inner cities, rural areas, conservation areas and on listed buildings.

We have also completed a number of new-build dwelling/ apartment schemes and mixed use schemes for various property developers.

 

COMMERCIAL

We have been commissioned by both developer and private clients to work on numerous commercial projects including individual retail units/shop fronts; restaurants; offices; industrial premises; day nurseries; care/nursing homes.

 

COMMUNITY

As lead consultant, we have designed a new headquarters for the Hilton Scout and Guide Association, and a new community building for Swanwick Parish Council.

 

SPORT & LEISURE (Coming Soon)

We are currently involved in the delivery of a new Football Stadium for a well known non-league club. Details on this will be issued shortly.
