Our Services & Management Approach Explained

 

Justin Smith Architects are committed to delivering quality projects, on time and to budget. To achieve this, the format of our services follow the RIBA Outline plan of work stages 2007 framework, which was developed by the Royal Institute of British Architects following many years of development. In addition, each and every project is run in accordance with our RIBA approved project quality plan. Together, this provides a robust project management system which ensures consistency of approach is applied to each and every project.

A full architectural service runs from stage A through to stage L. However, we do offer partial services where appropriate, covering a number of the key stages. This way, client’s has flexibility, whilst we still ensure consistency of service.

We guarantee that all projects, without exception, will be run in accordance with the RIBA Outline plan of work stages 2007 framework, and our RIBA approved project quality plan, ensuring consistency of approach.
