Justin Smith Architects offers a broad range of services. We are extremely professional in the delivery of our services and we understand that each of our clients’ needs is different. Our services are delivered in a Robust and Consistent format, whilst still being tailored to the individual requirements of our clients.

How do we do this?

QUALITY MANAGEMENT:

Upon commencement of a project, we compile our RIBA approved Project Quality Plan. Briefly, the Plan includes records of persons involved; the brief; the services; the statutory consents; contract information; document registers and stage reviews. 

The Project Quality Plan is applied to each and every project without exception and is a requirement of our on-going RIBA Chartered practice status. A copy of the P.Q.P. documents can be inspected on request.

In addition to the above, the format of our services follows the RIBA Outline Plan of Work Stages 2007 framework, which was established by the Royal Institute of British Architects following many years of development.

FLEXIBILITY:

We offer flexibility by allowing our clients to cherry pick the stages and services that suit their particular needs. Individual components of the above stages can be included or omitted as required.

Clients requiring a full service will progress through all the above stages A-L including, tendering G-H and project management J-L.  Stages C-F will apply to clients who may only require design and technical drawings.

 

 

OTHER SERVICES:

 We offer many additional services for projects to complement the core services above:

SURVEYS:          Preparing measured surveys, take levels and prepare plans of sites and buildings.

CGI’s:                3D computer generated images ranging from a basic sketch model to a photo
                          realistic image or animated fly-through.

SAP:                  Standard Assessment Procedure energy calculation.

EPC:                 Energy Performance Certificate.

CML PCC:         Council of Mortgage Lenders format Professional Consultant’s Certificate for new
                         build homes – also referred to as an ‘Architect’s Certificate’.
