(1) Check the Council of Mortgage Lenders Handbook for a list of approved lenders.
(2) This is not a building warranty or guarantee, and should not be advertised as such to prospective purchasers
(3) This fee applies to projects within a 30 mile radius of our office in Derby. Payment terms: £1500.00 + vat are due on commencement of the project. The balance is due prior to issue of the certificate. Please note any failure to pay the requested fees at the appropriate time may invalidate this agreement.
As the builder, we expect that you assume responsibility for repairing any defects for 2 years following completion.
